13. Jurisdiction:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws in force in the state of New South Wales, Australia and each party hereto submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of that State.

14. Modification:
This Terms of Use contains the full understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and no waiver, alteration or modification of any of the provisions hereof shall be binding on either party unless in writing and signed by duly authorized representatives of the parties. Neither the course of conduct between parties nor trade practice shall act to modify the provisions of this Terms of Use.
